Badger & Bean was established in 2023 and has fast become the "go to" place in Howden.

Always welcoming, whether you are looking for a takeaway barista coffee or fancy lingering longer over a glass of wine and a spot of lunch.

Fabulous coffee is at the heart of our offering - we even have our own Badger's blend, created by the team at Howden Coffee.

Join us for breakfast and enjoy one of our riffs on Eggs Benedict - the Chorizo Eggs is a firm favourite!

At lunchtime we have salad bowls, paninis, sandwiches, homemade soups and seasonal specials on offer.

Our selection of cakes and brownies have become legendary and varieties change regularly.

Sunday is a favourite day at Badger & Bean as we serve a brunch menu right through to 2pm.  Badger's Brunch Bagels are the order of the day with 3 on offer: a meat, a veggie & a vegan version - all equally delicious!

We're not just dog friendly, we actively encourage our four legged customers with our homemade biscuits & pupaccinos.

In addition to our cafe menu we also sell our coffee in bean and ground form, greetings cards & other gifts.
