Two stunning adjoining barn conversions completed in September 2023, located on a working arable farm in the quiet hamlet of Newland, East Yorkshire.
Each self catering cottage sleeps 4 guests. Both cottages can be booked together to accommodate 8.

With open views of the countryside, amongst the wildlife and at various times of the year you can also observe the harvesting of crops.
Its rural setting, it is within easy access (1 mile) of Eastrington village which has a number of amenities, including a train station, pub, historic church, cafe/shop, village hall with children's play area, as well as Eastrington Ponds, a picturesque nature reserve.
An ideal base for exploring Yorkshire, the historic market town of Howden is only 3 miles away. Numerous towns and cities within a hour away, all of which offer an extensive range of shops, restaurants, bars and fabulous history and architecture. Why not visit York, Beverley, or take a trip under the iconic Humber Bridge to explore the delights of Hull (awarded City of Hull 2017).
Enjoy a day out exploring the wondrous Yorkshire Coast, taking in the seaside towns of Whitby, Scarborough or wildlife watching at Spurn Point or RSPB Bempton Cliffs.
There are also a range of activities on offer nearby such as golf, horse riding, alpaca walking to name a few.
